One problem some gardeners have is lack of space. One way to overcome the lack of space is to use a glass container or a terrarium to put your plants in. A very attractive indoor garden can be a herb garden, which works well in a terrarium. One advantage to this type of garden is that you won't have to water the herbs very often, because such an enclosed environment will retain moisture. An aquarium that is normally used for fish can be used as a large terrarium, or several small glass containers can also be used. You'd probably want to choose small herbs for this type of garden, as they will be easier to manage. When you want your yard garden to look better, a fountain as a decoration works well. You can get a fountain in all kinds of materials, shapes and sizes. Your garden will look better when you add a fountain, either in a corner or as the centerpiece. Since fountains come in so many different variations, it should be easy to find a match for your garden's theme. Fountains come in many different materials, and wood, stone and fiberglass are just a few of them. Since it is lighter than stone, and durable, which makes it easy to install and move around, you might want to use fiberglass. A new dimension can be added to your garden, when you choose to invest in an authentic stone fountain, which will bring some elegance. There is a fountain out there that will fit perfectly in your garden, but you will have to look in order to find it.
A water garden can add a whole new element to an existing garden.
All you have to do is add a body of water which may be a fountain or a small pond. Water lilies are a great addition to any pond that you add to your garden. There are also marginal water plants that are good for planting near the water. You may want to add some fish to your water garden to make it even more interesting. Plants and fish living together in a pond are called aquaponics - this is a specific branch of gardening. This combination of the land based gardening, and water gardening, is a great combination.
One gardener's concept of a creative garden may not be the same as another gardener's vision. When it comes right down to it, if you put your garden in a good area and it has the sunshine and water necessary to survive, you are free to be as creative and adventurous with your garden as you please. There is no limit to the ways you can express your creativity in your garden. You, and your imagination, are in control.
